How can we help?

In Person Classes

How do I cancel or reschedule my class?
If you aren't able to make it to your scheduled class, you can cancel or reschedule anytime with at least 24 hours by clicking the 'cancel/reschedule' button on your confirmation email or your reminder email. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice please send an email to bridgette@laslenguitas.com or send a text message to 517-258-2155. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will not be refunded.

For cancellations:
If you paid the class individually, you will receive a refund for the cancelled class. If you paid for the class as part of a subscription, you will receive a credit on your account to be used towards a make up class in the future.

Where are classes located?
We do not post addresses on our website because our teachers have the option of teaching out of their homes. We do post the city, state & zip code. Once enrolled you will receive an email with the exact address/location of your child's classes.

Can siblings or multiple kids attend the same class?
Of course! It is not uncommon for a family to have a 10 month old and a 2 year old together or to have a 1 year old and a 3 year old in the same class. For some families, their children do well together and it's easiest to come to one class instead of two. For other families, one child 'helps' the other by translating or their children distract each other so it's best to have them in separate classes. Our classes are easily adapted to meet the needs of the students in class and we encourage you to find the best fit for your family. If you're not sure which scenario is right for your family, feel free to ask. If it doesn't work out, we can always make changes to find a better fit for your family.

Do you have classes for kids who are already fluent or native Spanish speakers?
Yes, our classes are easily adapted to meet the needs of the students in class. Our lessons are carefully tailored to the needs of the students enrolled. Even 2 classes of the same level, in the same day, don't look the same because different students are enrolled.

How do in person class subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are available to families after purchasing the same class day/time for 4 consecutive weeks in a row. If you choose to subscribe to Las Lengüitas Spanish classes, you'll receive a 10% discount off classes and your spot will be reserved for you each week so you never have to worry about someone else grabbing it before you have a chance to re-enroll. For subscriptions, your card on file will be billed the same day every 4th week at the discounted price.
